Moral rights

The same meaning as in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and includes an author’s right of attribution of authorship, a right not to have authorship falsely attributed, and a right to integrity of authorship being maintained.

We acknowledge the Palawa and Gadigal people, the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which we live and work. We honour their enduring culture and knowledges as vital to the self-determination, wellbeing and resilience of their communities.
