Theme Area:

Description: Each class developed their own stretches and shared them with other classes. They then combined them into a stretch and relaxation sequence. Stretches were developed with an awareness of breathing deeply in and out as they were done.

Measures of Success: Students will begin finding new ways to move. They will be able to discuss why moving is essential to keeping your body healthy.
